Mr. Huey shared about the different branches of the military, enlistment and ROTC, and benefits of joining the military. He also shared about the many types of local state, federal and private careers in the field of criminal justice. Staff Sergeant McGee shared about the MHP's partnership with ICC's criminal justice program in a preferred candidate program called C.O.R.E (Candidates on Rapid Entry). He also spoke concerning what it's like to work as a Mississippi Highway Patrolman. Both Mr. Huey and Staff Sergeant McGee allowed students a question and answer question after their presentations.
