Book Swap September!

Swap a book! Students can bring books from home that they no longer want to the PHS Library and swap with books that someone else brings in.  Books must be appropriate for teenagers and in good condition. Books can be brought in now through Sept. 24. Swap Day will be Friday, Sept. 24.

September is Library Card Sign Up Month!

Happy Library Card Sign Up Month! Every PHS student AUTOMATICALLY gets a PHS Library Card.  BUT, do you have a library card for the library next door, Pontotoc County Library? Visit them soon and sign up.  It's quick, easy, and FREE!

Banned Books Week (September 26 - October 2, 2021) is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read. This year’s Banned Books Week theme is “Censorship is a Dead End. Find Your Freedom to Read.” Censorship limits exploration and creates barriers to access information. The path toward the freedom to read starts at the library.
