Mrs. Salmon did a presentation introducing the students to the K-12 teaching majors offered (elementary education, special education, secondary education, physical education and music education) and non-teaching majors offered at MSU (kinesiology, educational psychology, industrial technology, and information technology services). She covered scholarship and leadership opportunities, including the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program and introduced them to the TK Martin Center and the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic. Additionally, she shared her contact information, how to follow The MSU School of Education on social media, and held group and one on one question and answer sessions with students.
