They specifically covered attendance, being on time, reliability, dependability, and taking initiative to go above and beyond on any job and how it increases your chances of upward mobility/promotions. Additionally they covered the importance of a good resume and cover letter and the 3 A's of interviewing- Actions, Appearance and Attitude. They shared about local workforce needs in advanced manufacturing in Northeast MS and our local area, and shared the mission of Albany Industries and information about their company. Students were also given time for a question and answer session.
